Renaat Saam Posted by: YogaBeatGuy
Video duration: 221 seconds The Renaat Ek (first xylophone) is the lead instrument in traditional Thai music. It has magical/energetic associations, such as the metaphorical ability to change the weather and overpower an adversary. I used this instrument in the music for this piece, which features local Thai girls dancing at Wat Wang Sing Kham festival in March 2007. Related: dance, lanna, renaat, thai, traditional |
