A movie of this crossing in Bath. The train is a christmas train, carrying families to see Santa. The only thing I do not like this crossing is because the bell does not ring when the gates rise.

This crossing was videotaped yet again because THE MINI BELL IS ALIVE! You can hear it pretty good over the WCH bell across the crossing. The leading unit is Guilford MEC 348, The 2nd unit is Guilford MEC 321 which was the leading unit in the origional Depot Rd Day, and the rear unit is Guilford B&M 332.

Video duration: 150 seconds

Here's the other side of the 9 Mile Rd Crossing. Now the median signal is all messed up! The gate lights dont work at all, and the flashers only work normally whent he gates are going up and down. When the gates are down, the lights flash TOGETHER! See for yourself. This may have been a malfunction. I haven't been able to go back to the crossing for a second video.

This crossing was just upgraded from two 12X24 mast signals with separated gates to this: 12X24 gated mast signals with Dialight Ball LED lights and RECO LED gate lights, plus one Safetran Type 2 E Bell and a Safetran type 3 E bell. This was one of the CSX morning trains. This one came at 8:24 in the morning.

Mill Rd in action at dusk Mill Rd in action at dusk

Video duration: 186 seconds

This is Mill Rd. You can find the pictures at www.rxrsignals.net/m aine/. I followed this train all the way from Hallowell Rd. I was in a mad dash to beat it, and I did by only a couple of minutes. The bell sounds a bit clanky, nevertheless works, The Train is Guilford Locomotive number 380. It has a cool yet creepy horn especially at the dusk hours. Enjoy.

Lewiston Junction Rd #2 Lewiston Junction Rd #2

Video duration: 90 seconds

This is the last crossing on Lewiston Junction Rd. This one is between 1,000 and 2,000 feet away from Lewiston Junction Rd #1. There is more white in this movie than the first one. I will warn you, the horn on this train is just as bad as the one at Court St, but without the squeak. Its the sound that is mind throbbing. Enjoy. The bells quit ringing when the gates go up.

Video duration: 141 seconds

This crossing was upgaded recently. 2 signals with gates. 4 pairs of 12X24 Fading Ball LED's. The unit going through was a Union Pacific, Heading northbound with what appeared to be giant rolls of metal??? The 2nd unit is an ex UP. Looks like a locomotive leasing unit. Enjoy this video.

Video duration: 157 seconds

Since I have had Court St and High St in Action, why leave Elm St out of the fun? It is the only 8" clear LED crossing I have not gotten in action yet, so this night time movie makes up for it. I hope this gets a good rating becausse I waited over an Hour at Hacket Rd, waiting for the train that crosses here to move on towards Elm St. Here it is. Enjoy!

This crossing features Safetran 12X24 incadescant lights and one GS E bell. Two of the RECO gate lights on the signal infront of me were burned out. The CSX freight train was traveling northbound by UP power. (Union Pacific doesn't run through Florida, CSX just uses their power). Enjoy!

Hampshire St. Hampshire St.
Posted by: Crossingman18

Video duration: 98 seconds

This is my first crossing ever recorded in Maine. It's also my shortest train ever recorded in Maine. The crossing features 2 GRS 8" signals with gates with mixed regular gat lights and RARE WRRS lantern gate lights. The train is a short Guilford Train. Enjoy the start of my Maine Collection. There are many more crossings in the collection, so make sure you see them ALL!

Peacock Hill Rd. Crossing #2 movie Peacock Hill Rd. Crossing #2 movie
Posted by: Crossingman18

Video duration: 77 seconds

This is Peacock Hill Rd Crossing #2. The train at this crossing is not the same one from hacket Rd and Court St. Heck this train has a much better horn than the one at Hacket Rd and Court St. I hope I get to run into 509 again one day. I LOVE THAT HORN! The crossing bell at this crossing needs to be replaced. It is starting to die.

Intervale Rd #2 Intervale Rd #2
Posted by: Crossingman18

Video duration: 221 seconds

The old video was removed for this new one that actually has a train going through it without stopping. This is the same train from the NEW Depot Rd (Day) video. The leading unit is Guilford MEC 348 the 2nd unit is Guilford MEC 321, and the rear unit is Guilford Boston & Maine 332. This is a very loud horn, so watch your ears on this one.
