Long-lost Herbsman anthem which was originally released in a very limited edition in 1978.
Featuring an early outing by King Tubby's protégé Scientist, who creates a powerful dubwise excursion on the version, and Boy Blue, who wants a smoke.
Re-released again in 2007 on Topatop this is a little gem.

The original singer of "Cherry Oh Baby", made famous by UB40, sings in his trademark falsetto on this fairly obscure release on Weed Beat. Don't know much more about it, but it probably dates from the late '70s.
It's a cracking tune though.

An early outing dating from '77 for "Black Uhro" with Toney, Ducky and Errol. Here they create a super-heavyweight version of Bob Marley's "Natural Mystic" which is mixed by Prince Jammy, who cooks up a mighty dub.
