Cut & finish panel blanks using table saw & router with a spiral bit to square panels and remove saw marks; then run panels through the raised panel bit. Materials are better pine sides and 1/4" birch plywood. Router table can be set for thicker side and back stock. Am incorrect saying rout right to left using the handheld.
