After getting a six string Alembic Epic a month ago to the day, I was emboldened enough to take it to a gig and play live, so 'technically' this is the debut of my sixer. :) Captured 10-03-08 at the Global Bean Coffee Traders in Silverdale, Wa. Accompanied by Joel S. of the Bean, a 12 bar blues.
Bass line and chords recorded live using an RC-50 looper.

The title says it all. To give credit where it's due, the groove is from Phil Keaggy's Salvation Army Band. Needless to say, to those familiar with Phil's material, I've taken some very 'serious liberty' with my 'personal interpetation'of the tune. One thing for certain though, it's a gas to play. Enjoy.

A clip taken at the Global Bean Coffee Traders, 11/09/07. While warming up prior to the gig and looking for a different flute voicing, I 'stumbled' over a didgeridoo in my Roland GR-20 synth. After a bit of 'noodlin' around with a didgeridoo rhythm, a blending of flute and bass voicings and a little help from 'Carlos', 'Didgeridoodoo' was born.
